Then this online course invites you to take a pause from everyday life and to explore mindfulness rooted in the Christian tradition.

When we are fully present in the here and now, we perceive ourselves and our surroundings more clearly. We sense our bodies more deeply, see more clearly, and develop an intuition for what truly matters in daily life.

In principle, it is simple — and yet it requires practice.  In this video course, mindfulness is cultivated step by step. For in mindful being, we draw closer to the mystery of God’s presence in all things.

This online course opens a simple path of practice that helps you to:

  • interpret and understand your inner world with the help of a clear model.
  • become more aware of your body, as bodily messages can deepen our faith.
