Wir arbeiten mit Methoden aus der Systemischen Psychotherapie und der geistlichen Begleitung.<\/p>\n<p>Gemeinsam richten wir unsere Aufmerksamkeit auf das, was sich jetzt, im gegenw\u00e4rtigen Moment, zeigt:<br \/>Empfindungen im K\u00f6rper, innere Bilder, Worte, Regungen des Herzens. Viele Belastungen wurzeln in alten Pr\u00e4gungen und zeigen sich in aktuellen Situationen erneut. Ohne langes Analysieren erm\u00f6glichen wir einen Raum, in dem das, was sich melden m\u00f6chte, wahrgenommen und behutsam in Bewegung gebracht werden kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Focusing<\/strong> bildet die Grundlage unserer Arbeit \u2013 ein achtsames Hinsp\u00fcren auf das K\u00f6rperwissen, das mehr wei\u00df als wir denken. Je nach Situation verbinden wir dies mit Elementen aus der systemischen Arbeit, Gestalt, Faith Imagination, Heilung der Erinnerungen, Gebet, Salbung und Segnung.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_5 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_flex_section\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_4 et_pb_row et_flex_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_4 et_pb_column et-last-child et_flex_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_flex_column_24_24 et_flex_column_24_24_tablet et_flex_column_24_24_phone\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Ablauf des Tages<\/strong><br \/>Jede Person hat etwa eine knappe Stunde Zeit, ihr pers\u00f6nliches Thema einzubringen und gemeinsam mit Mareike oder Andreas damit zu arbeiten. Die \u00fcbrigen Personen sitzen im \u00e4u\u00dferen Kreis und unterst\u00fctzen den Prozess durch stille Pr\u00e4senz und F\u00fcrbitte.<\/p>\n<p>Auch ohne eigenes Thema in der Mitte k\u00f6nnen Teilnehmende durch das Mitlauschen ber\u00fchrt und gest\u00e4rkt werden \u2013 oft \u201eflie\u00dft Gnade \u00fcber\u201c.<br \/>Du kannst spontan entscheiden, ob Du mit einem eigenen Thema in die Mitte m\u00f6chtest \u2013 und mit wem.
